The apartment is located in a picturesque area on Plażowa Street, within the Plażowa Residence complex in Szczyrk. The project is located in a forest environment, which will allow you to fully relax and feel the magical mountain climate. Forest surroundings, mountain trails and bicycle paths make this an attractive area for those seeking contact with nature, for fans of peace and tranquility, as well as for those who like to spend their vacation actively, and in winter it is a popular location for skiing enthusiasts. The Beach Residence complex provides storage for ski equipment and bicycles. In the immediate vicinity of the property is the Central Sports Center with a swimming pool, tennis courts and a sports field, and 450 meters away you can find a ski jump. Less than 5 kilometers separates the apartment from Poland's most modern and largest ski resort, Szczyrk Resort Mountain. Less than 1 km from the property, in the very center of the town of Szczyrk, is located St. James Square right on the Żylica River, while the Sanctuary of St. James can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Close proximity to shopping and dining outlets is another of the advantages of this location. In addition, for art lovers, in Szczyrk you will also find the largest private contemporary art gallery in southern Poland - Beskidzka Art Gallery - Bator Art Gallery (2.1 km).
