The Space:  
  
The spacious apartment is located on the third floor and offers accommodation for four people. The place is an ideal option for a family, a couple or a group of people traveling together. The interior is bright and modern, with wooden decorative elements giving it a cozy, homey feel. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed for a comfortable rest. Additional two beds are located in the living room, where there is a sofa bed. From the living room, as well as from the bedroom, you can access the furnished balcony, which is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air. The kitchenette has been fully equipped to meet all the needs of culinary enthusiasts. An electric stove, oven, toaster and microwave oven are available for home-cooked meals. A dishwasher makes it easy to keep things tidy after meals, and a capsule coffee maker lets you enjoy aromatic coffee in the morning. There is also a washing machine in the kitchenette, an added convenience for longer stays. In the bathroom you will find a shower, as well as specially prepared towels and toiletries, which guarantees convenience and comfort. Multimedia includes a flat-screen TV, equipped with SmartTV+, which allows you to enjoy various entertainment apps and streaming services. High-speed WiFi is available in every room of the apartment, allowing you to use the Internet freely. An additional advantage is a parking space in the underground garage.

The building is located on Mariacka Street in Szczecin - only five minutes from the Old Town. The apartment is located in an excellent location. It is an ideal place for people who want to be close to the bustling city center, and at the same time appreciate peace and quiet and proximity to nature. The famous Deptak Bogusława is only a fifteen-minute walk from the apartment, offering numerous cafes, restaurants and stores where you can spend pleasant moments with friends and family. Green areas are also located nearby, providing excellent places for relaxation and recreation. Anders Square is just a five-minute walk away, as is the picturesque Żeromski Park. Both locations offer numerous walking paths, places to relax and attractions for children and adults. The neighborhood is well connected to other parts of Szczecin. The nearest bus stops Grodzka and Plac Żołnierza Polskiego are only five minutes from the apartment. Efficient public transportation allows easy access to various parts of the city. The apartment is located in close proximity to numerous grocery stores and restaurants, which offer a variety of shopping opportunities and interesting dining options. This is an ideal place for a comfortable and memorable stay. The Szczecin Główny train station is twenty minutes from the apartment, and a trip by car to the Szczecin Airport will take about fifteen minutes.
