### Villa Plemmiria by the Sea by Wonderful Italy

This stunning private villa, located in the renowned Plemmirio area, offers a unique experience with direct and private sea access, reachable from within the property. Nestled in the exclusive Plemmirio Nature Reserve, the villa boasts a privileged and well-connected location.   
  
Access to the villa is via a one-way road leading to a small residential complex, with this property situated on the right. The villa features three entrances: two for vehicles, offering private parking for up to three cars, and one pedestrian gate. The outdoor spaces are adorned with a lush Mediterranean garden, spacious panoramic terraces reserved for guests, dining areas for outdoor meals, and a private path leading directly to the sea.   
  
The villa, built on gently sloping terrain towards the water, is divided into two separate and independent apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor, accessible via the pedestrian gate or the first vehicle entrance. This level includes a living room with two seating areas, one has a TV and direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas. An indoor kitchen is connected to a second outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and two dining areas. A service bathroom completes this floor.   
  
A staircase leads to the lower level from the living room, where three independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located. Two of these bedrooms open onto panoramic terraces furnished for outdoor relaxation, offering beach and bay views. A hallway provides access to one of the main terraces, perfect for unwinding in the open air.   
  
The second apartment, accessible through the second vehicle entrance, features a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture leading to the entrance. Inside, is a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining table, and a lounge with a sofa and TV. This apartment includes two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom. A second outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area adds further convenience.   
  
The private path to the sea leads to a rocky shoreline, requiring caution, especially for unsupervised children. This villa is the perfect choice for those seeking an exclusive stay in a unique natural setting, combining comfort, privacy, and unparalleled access to the beauty of the Plemmirio coastline.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything you could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing further south, about 30 km, we find beautiful unspoiled and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as its scenic beauty, are a must-see. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to behold.   
  
Catania Airport is 72 km from the accommodation. Essential services such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and various beach clubs, including rocky platforms nearby and sandy beaches like Lido Arenella, are just a 10-minute drive away.
