The pools, the food, the staff the beach, kids loved the animation team. Maybe one thing to comment about is the internet service on the property which was nt always working adequately.

Great Place to Stay
Great resort. Staff is super nice, food is good, super clean. We had a great time. Downsides are the wi fi, just available in the common areas, frigo bar did not work until we found out that the door of the wardrobe has to be open for making it work and our telephone was broken. Nevertheless I have to say that overall great experience.

Nice family friendly resort close to the beach
I am from Siracusa and I consider this resort the best choice, especially if you are a family with children. It has 2 big swimming pools (not including the one of the spa), a gym and equipments for children. A little "train" will bring you at the Arenella beach that I consider the best beach of Siracusa if you like sand. Another option is to let the train leave you at the solarium (amazing) if you would like to avoid sand but I advice this just without children or at least not the little ones. Staff is friendly. Area of improvement: the little train is almost always full. Though is passing every 5 minutes sometimes happened to me to be obliged to go walking to avoid remaining waiting in the hot.

A great base for visiting SE Sicily
We chose Arenella primarily because it is well-placed for visiting interesting places in the South East corner of Sicily, notably the Baroque towns, Syracuse and Mount Etna. But we also spent plenty of time by the pools or at the beach which (in June at least) are not crowded or noisy - very relaxing.

Very good hotel, but far from the beach...
The photos in Hotels.com let us think the beach is very close to the hotel, but it's not. You have to walk from 500 m to 1 km to reach it. Anyway, they have a truck that can bring you there. Internet costs 10 EUR for 24 hour and does not work in the room, only in the reception. The hotel very good, has everything you need, but is 10 km from Siracusa. You'll need a car.

C’è molta disorganizzazione e non sono affatto attenti alle esigenze o problematiche di chi soggiorna, sanno solo dire “mi dispiace ma non possiamo fare nulla”. Per il mio disservizio ho dovuto discutere per 4 giorni senza mollare la presa e poi fortunatamente alla fine della vacanza hanno risolto.. Bisogna passare in reception per qualsiasi cosa e poi ti rimandano ad altri che a loro volta ti rimandano in reception. Per niente ospitali e solari. La struttura è grande e c è varietà di clientela oltre che di tariffe (prevalentemente erano presenti famiglie con bambini piccoli). Il servizio lettini in spiaggia è una tortura, non hai lettini fissi, è una corsa (di 1 km almeno) quotidiana ma la cosa brutta è che non ci sono posti per tutti quindi se ti assenti troppo per fare un bagno o mangiare i bagnini tolgono teli ed oggetti personali (che buttano in un angolo) per cedere il posto ad altri. Scortesia del personale, ad eccezione dei camerieri e dei bagnìni dell area nautica che invece sono gentili e professionali. Nel complesso la struttura è pulita, anche se datata mentre le camere spartane (anche le superior) con pulizia superficiale. Struttura poco sicura, hanno fatto dei furti in alcune stanze. Buona la ristorazione all aretusa. Non si tratta affatto di una struttura a 4 stelle ma secondo me di un villaggio popolare da 3 stelle.

La struttura vanta un mare incredibile un ottimo servizio spiaggia una zona verde molto ben curata. L’organizzazione è a mio avviso disastrosa. Occorre passare dalla reception praticamente per qualunque cosa. La reception che peraltro è sotto dimensionata per il numero di persone che la struttura può contenere e che quindi è sempre molto affollata. I ristoranti interni non hanno neanche l’autonomia per poter accettare una prenotazione o ricevere un pagamento.

Vraiment pas déçue. Un soucis de bruit dans la chambre signalé et changement a 23h. Le personnel aux petits soins avec une mention particulière pour Adriano. Un parc botanique fabuleux et piscines sublimes.

Vi var där precis veckan innan säsongen sätter igång på riktigt och de höll på att förbereda och öppna upp. Trots det var servicen bra, maten fantastisk god och om man bor här är det få saker man kommer sakna.

E' stata una bellissima vacanza. Il resort è ben gestito, spazi meravigliosi, camere eleganti e spaziose e tanto verde. 2 piscine, una spiaggia e la piattaforma sugli scogli (la mia preferita). Anche la cucina abbastanza buona. Non sono fan dell'all inclusive ma essendo una vacanza di gruppo organizzata avevamo opzionato la formula colazione e cena e molti piatti erano davvero buoni.

Ci hanno dato una camera tripla divisa in due locali, tuttavia era presente solo un condizionatore nella sala giorno, la camera matrimoniale era priva di condizionatore.. E le temperature erano di più di 32 gradi! Non va bene per una struttura a 4 stelle! Se mi dai due locali, devi garantire due condizionatori... Siamo in Sicilia e fa caldo! Inoltre ci sono poche informazioni relative alle interruzioni dei servizi (quali trenino per la spiaggia) durante la pausa pranzo!

Da permettere che ci sono stato l'anno prima Villaggio da 3 stelle o anche meno personale ridotto per 600 ospiti ma villaggio pieno oltre 1000 persone animazione pessima e ripetitiva. Igienizanti per mani con detersivo. Camere con ragni e zanzare pulite malissimo servizio bagaglio tempo di attesa unora .Fila al ristorante 15 minuti per ogni porzioni .. Eccetera Eccetera Eccetera

Hôtel agréable
Séjour agréable et reposant. cependant les chambres mériteraient une rénovation, ainsi que la salle de sport... le buffet est correct. Les avantages de cet hôtel sont qu’il est très complet beaucoup d’activités sur place (piscine plage tennis activités nautiques spa...) tout le monde peut y trouver son bonheur. 2 piscines une avec animation l’autre sans. Globalement nous avons apprécié notre séjour cet hôtel.

La struttura ha grosse potenzialità ma almeno una ridipinta alla facciata?!? si vede che era stata studiata per essere un Resort da grandi aspettative DEL RESTO CON QUELLO CHE SI FANNO PAGARE!!!! ma veniamo a noi camera pulita e spaziosa...anche se mal posizionato il condizionatore che serve a poco in sostanza si muore di caldo... abbiamo dovuto far intervenire la manutenzione la porta d'ingresso in legno non si apriva più...RITARDO A CENA!!! a proposito il cibo è di qualità ma scordatevi la varietà...grosse difficoltà per i bambini devi "ordinare"il giorno prima e comunque LE FILE SONO DI KM inoltre all inclusive ma il caffè te lo devi pagare a parte. Nota super positiva per gli animatori con quel che hanno a disposizione fanno più del massimo BRAVISSIMI!!!...peccato non si possa dire lo stesso dell'accoglienza al check piuttosto freddina.... Per finire prezzo e aspettative da 10....realmente in generale arriviamo al 6 Non ci tornerei.

Si conferma una assoluta, positiva certezza. Anche nella reinterpretazione del soggiorno in questa delicata situazione, ti restituisce una sensazione di relax. Dai servizi in spiaggia alla gestione della ristorazione, a tutta l'organizzazione in generale. Davvero bravi, non è semplice in questo periodo.

villaggio Trascurato
Il villaggio è un trascurato. La doccia vecchia, le piastrelle sotto il lavabo sporche e anche il condizionatore manadava sporco sul letto che sta sotto. Campo da tennis trascurato e perfino ai bordi erbacce che nascondevano la palla. Abbiamo chiesto di poter tenere qualche ora in più la stanza visto che il villaggio era quasi vuoto hanno risposto che era libera e che potevamo tenerla ma pagando €50 . Certamente mi sarei aspettata un minimo di cortesia visto il periodo ma sono stati inflessibili pur avendo un villaggio di 1500 persone e solo il 10% era occupato. i ragazzi del personale erano molto gentili cosi' come i ragazzi dell'animazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il cibo era sempre fresco, preparato al momento da cuochi professionisti. Tutto ottimo e ogni sera un tema diverso. L’unica cosa che correggerei è l’animazione. Premetto che il Gruppo animatori è composto da artisti dal talento non discutibile, soprattutto il capo-villaggio, attore dalle doti eccellenti, il capo-animazione con un talento particolare nelle imitazioni, il capo-comico molto divertente e un gruppo di ballerini veramente bravi. Tuttavia, gli spettacoli erano forse più adatti a un contesto teatrale che un villaggio turistico. Mancava un sano e spontaneo coinvolgimento del pubblico anche durante la giornata, risultante in vari appelli serali da parte degli animatori al pubblico affinché non lasciassero il teatro prima della fine. Una nota: sigla molto bella ma molto impegnativa e lunga per essere ballata spontaneamente da tutti gli ospiti. Al di là di questo, il gruppo è veramente composto da bravissimo artisti.

fantastyczny resort, bardzo dobre wyżywienie; blisko niedużej, ale wspaniałej plaży z płytką malowniczą zatoką, na którą gości zawozi turystyczny pociąg mniej więcej co 15-30 minut; nieduże, ale przytulne spa; bardzo duży ogród i teren do spacerów, więc odchudzanie w cenie pobytu :)

Tutto ottimo, pulizia e servizio (trattamento davvero ultra avendo la camera superior). La posizione è fantastica : resort inserito nella macchia mediterranea con spiaggia , piattaforme sugli scogli , piscine etc.
