This inviting vacation rental boasts a private fenced property spanning 1'800 square meters, complete with a lush 200-square-meter lawn adorned with trees. Enjoy the convenience of a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking during your stay.

Embrace the al fresco living experience with the villa's stunning 16 x 8-meter swimming pool, featuring a seasonal availability from April 1st to October 31st. Its depth ranges from 90 to 150 centimeters, offering an unconventional pool shape and an internal staircase for easy access. Enhance your poolside relaxation with the provided WC, outdoor shower, and barbecue area, while the owner/gardener ensures the pool's maintenance.

This property is conveniently located 12 kilometers from the center of Siracusa and 2 kilometers from Floridia's center, offering a quiet and sunny position. The living/dining room leads to a terrace. There is an entrance hall with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Additionally, the villa has one double bedroom, one room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, and one room with one bed.

The villa is equipped with a kitchenette that includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. You will also have access to a shower, bidet, and WC (toilet). The villa does not have a heating option. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace of 100 square meters, a 35-square-meter roofed terrace, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 6 deck chairs. The villa offers a view of the swimming pool and garden. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Parking for one car is available.
