Our pool area is a favorite feature for our guests, and we were sorry to hear that you disappointed with the hot tub but also happy to hear that it did not ruin your stay. I apologize for any confusion regarding what is implied in any of our advertising regarding the presence of powerful jets. Our hot tub is just that; A heated pool with some mild circulation outlets, as opposed a whirlpool or spa. We definitely don't want guests to book with us under any false assumptions. We could hardly maintain our top of the industry rankings on all of the popular travel sites by doing so. Rest assured we will be looking through the many online listings of our property to make sure that all are including more clear descriptions of what we have. Hello and thank you for your service to our country. My brother is a vet and we are all very proud and thankful for his and the service of all vets. I regretted to hear about you wife falling ill. We never charge when a guest cannot make the trip due to illness and our award-winning staff always works hard to accommodate everyone in these circumstances. I looked into this for you and since your reservation was prepaid, and since you had remotely checked into the room and obtained a digital key (which is a great feature) our staff member, Wade, was not authorized to make that change immediately. However, Wade did leave a note for his manager so that she could take the appropriate action this morning, which she did. Immediately this morning, Wade's Manager authorized the refund of your last night's charges, which she always does in these cases. Our manager then had a staff member message you through Expedia to let you know that the charges were refunded. When you responded to our staff member, with an "OK," we thought that you were acknowledging that you understood that we had adjusted those charges. That was this morning... before you posted this review. I am not sure why you still thought you paid for the night. I can only credit this to the fact that your wife is ill or maybe you were frustrated that the changes were not made immediately. I do apologize that it took us over 12 hours to adjust the charges. Rest assured that our regular guests know that we are so good at what we do that we do not need to take money from people who have to cancel for legitimate reasons. Our guests know that we never knowingly let a problem go unsolved if we can help it, as in this case. I apologize for the delay, and I ask for and thank you for your patience. Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your stay. We were sorry to hear about your experience with our complimentary Uber transportation to the airport. The shuttle was running but since you wanted to leave a bit earlier, our staff thought it would be best to pay for an Uber. Our regular guests appreciate this service since they are always guaranteed complimentary transportation to and from the airport no matter what the hour or how busy the shuttle is. We have never had an issue with an Uber being too small and were surprised to hear that your luggage was in the back seat with you. I've never heard of that happening. I do not find any notes from the staff indicating that you contacted us regarding this. Often if guests have extraordinary amounts of luggage, they let us know so that we can order the large Uber. I'm not sure if this was the case. Please know that we always stand behind our 100% Guarantee. We are easy to talk to and our regular guests know that we never want anyone to leave the hotel unsatisfied with their stay. We always appreciate when guests talk to us, but we will take feedback any way we can, in person, on the phone, or even on-line. It's never too late to reach out about your stay. We are always here.
