### Historic remodeled 4-bedroom house in heart of University Neighborhood, Syracuse

This beautiful home, on the historic-registry, is located in the University Neighborhood, exactly one mile from Syracuse University. The house is conveniently located for visiting families attending events at SU, ESF, SUNY Upstate, and Le Moyne College. Walk around the corner to Recess Coffee, Alto Cinco, Rise n Shine Diner, and other local eateries. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, a cookout on the Weber grill in the fenced-in backyard, and the blooming English gardens surrounding the house. The open kitchen-dining area is newly renovated and seats up to 14 people. New appliances include a gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A small half-bath is located off of the kitchen. The living room includes a television, piano, and working fireplace. The second floor includes a master bedroom with king bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, sleeping porch, study, and full bath. The fully renovated third-floor boasts cathedral ceilings, lots of light, and includes a bedroom with a queen bed, den with tv, and game table. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, central air, WiFi, air mattresses, a pack and play, and high chair. All linens provided. This property is dog friendly.
