Je me suis foulée la cheville dans le stationnement de l’hôtel sur une plaque de glace. La réceptionniste m’a donné une canne pour m’aider dans mes déplacements et a même offert d’appeler l’ambulance. L’hôtel était très propre et le lit confortable. Seul point faible: les oreillers trop épais.

Everything was great. The only thing i didn't like was having to make a u-turn to go north on thompson rd. Have you considered joining with the road / drive that goes behind the taco bell? Then you could drive behind the taco bell and have a protected turn in either direction on thompson rd.

The first room I was given was filthy it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous stay, I asked for a different room obviously, and they gave me one. This new room had been cleaned/reset but it still felt very grimy, probably because the entire room smelled rancid I can only describe it as the worst body odor you’ve ever smelled. I had a late check in so I got there around 10pm and sat at the bottom of the bed for a few hours until I checked out at 1am because I could no longer bare the smell. I would have asked for another room again but I doubt it would have been much better, and the woman working at the front desk already seemed bothered by me asking for a new room the first time despite it being completely untouched by housekeeping. I will never stay at comfort inn again, and I recommend you all cough up the extra money for a room somewhere that you won’t be afraid of contracting something.

I booked my room through Expedia and accidentally booked the day I was flying out instead of the night before. I called back within an hour and explained MY mistake and asked them to change it to the night before. They said that the reservation was not refundable and I could put in for a cancellation with no guarantee that I’d be refunded and book another room. While this was my mistake they very well could’ve changed the night without any issues. Instead they decided to try and take more money from me while hiding behind policy. I will never use Expedia again and tell everyone who asks who they should use to stay clear of this company. Inexcusable poor customer service. In fact the very bottom of the barrel.

My room was clean, but it definitely showed signs of aging (broken frames, peeling paint). Walls are thin (could clearly hear neighbors TV). The elevator was dirty and the button was missing. Staff was kind.

We have a regular maintenance schedule for the hotel, these concerns will be taken care of immediately on this week’s maintenance schedule. Elevator looked dirty because of the Salt we used to melt the snow, elevator get cleaned on a daily basis. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

The hotel room was nice and heated , it has been renovated, there was nice features in the room lot of extra space and seating.
