### Bice's House - Accommodation 3

Located in Cassibile, in front of the main square of the resort and few of the beautiful beach of Fontane Bianche.  
This recently renovated property offers three short-term rentals, simply furnished and equipped with free wifi, air conditioning and washing machine in each apartment.  
The apartment of this ad is composed as follows:  
Living / kitchen with air conditioning and equipped with sofa bed (2 places), double bedroom with the addition of a single air-conditioned bed,  
Bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.  
The three apartments have shared courtyard, terrace and courtyard car parking with access from the street.  
The building is a 50 year old, completely renovated historic house, located in the center of the village and close to supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bus stops and pharmacies.   
From the house you can easily reach Siracusa 14 Km, Avola 9 Km, Noto 20 Km, Catania Airport 70 Km.
