"We had an emergency situation and needed a hotel for the night and arrived quite late.
The gentleman manager let us in and was so helpful, offered to arrange a taxi first thing in AM and carried our heavy luggage upstairs. The room was a little barebones but clean and fine for a few hours sleep. In the morning the taxi arrived perfectly on time and again the nice manager helped with luggage.
We finally got to appreciate the view, heard some interesting information from manager who was lifelong resident and the upstairs restaurant is quite lovely.
I would recommend this charming hotel, the service is above and beyond and view really special for this quaint seaside island town. "
"Cute little village and the room was beautiful and roomy. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service friendly and welcoming. The parking lot is a tight squeeze but it worked out. We will definitely return as we don’t have too much time to really check out the town. "
"I stayed in Rm 2 which is a very snug dbl which i found delightful, as a sole traveller it was spot on.
The owners work so hard and it shows in the little touches and how helpful/accomodating they are if you need anything. Thank you.
The accommodation is within a short walk to the beach, shops everything one could possibly want whilst on vacation
I took my E-bike so had some lovely rides out - again exceptionally conveniently positioned to tour some of Dorsets best and historical sites.
Breakfasts were definitely- Nom, Nom, Nom.

"This beautiful coaching inn lived up to it's reputation for our three day break. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times together with lovely food. Would not hesitate to revisit. Mick & Jackie. "
