The apartment has a bright, modern and loving decor, 2 flat screen TVs with DVD and BlueRay, Internet, stereo, open kitchen diner with all accessories (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, waffle maker, sandwich maker, Coffee machine and Tchibo-Cafissimo, milk frother, egg cooker, toaster, crepes maker, spices and much more.), Various board games and DVDs.
The bathroom includes a large rain shower and underfloor heating and dryer, washer, dryer, all towels and bathrobes \[Gr. M & L\].
A separate bedroom has a double bed 140x200\. In the living-dining area is an additional bed-couch, with two 2-meter mattresses, which you can do in no time from the bed to the couch. You will find plenty of space in built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers.
The garden use is an access to the house and is considerate separately. You can make yourself comfortable on loungers or in a beach chair, furthermore, the rental area has a large table with enough chairs. You can reach the Tinnumer Felder via the garden on foot or by bike. Parking is available in front of the house, the bus and the local baker accessible directly within walking 'around the corner'. The duplex apartment is in our 2012/13 rehabilitated Reihenmittelhaus at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Although you can reach the airport within minutes as well as the Westerland train, you have to worry about any flight or train noise.
We will rent to you if you do not smoke in the house, no pets and bring the majority of travelers are older than 30 years. Children are welcome, however, the apartment does not have a parking space for a stroller.

#### Tolle Wohnung in Tinnum
Die Maisonettewohnung ist wie beschrieben - modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und zum Wohlfühlen. Ruhige Umgebung, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso ein Fahrradverleih ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

#### Schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, super gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt an den Feldern ist optimal für Laufrunden und Spaziergänge und Tinnum perfekt gelegen, um mit dem Fahrrad die Insel zu entdecken. Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche bei Ihnen. Diese Wohnung war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere zahlreichen Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Ort und zentrale Lage auf der Insel kam uns sehr entgegen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat für uns alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt, um schöne Urlaubstage auf der wunderbaren Insel zu verbringen.

Wir hatten Ostern rum eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Sylt. Die Wohnung mit ihrer großzügigen Ausstattung trug einen großen Teil dazu bei. Auch die Lage war für uns ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

#### Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse in Tinnum. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die gesamte Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß sind die meisten Ziele mindestens 20 bis 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist ausgesprochen gut, hell und geschmackvoll. In der Küche ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Im Bad befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine und der Trockner - für längere Aufenthalte sicher praktisch. Im oberen Schlafzimmer ist das „grosse Bett“ leider etwas unpraktisch, da durch Seitenteile am Bett die hintere Person beim Aufstehen über die vorne liegende Person „klettern“ muss. Stauraum gibt es reichlich. Auch Decken und Handtücher sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich hätten wir uns ein Sofa gewünscht. Die 4 kleinen Sessel sind allerdings sehr bequem. Alle Fenster sind sehr gut abzudunkeln. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und insgesamt können wir die Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen.
