The living room has a sofa and in front of the window the dining area. The comfortable 1.80 m wide bed has an electrically adjustable slatted frame. The balcony in front of the living room is facing east. There is a wide view over the island. The small kitchen is separate. and has its own small balcony to the north. From here, a small view of the sea is possible between the two other skyscrapers of the spa center. The bathroom has a double vanity and a shower. A pet can be brought by arrangement for an additional charge.   
A parking space can, if available, be rented outside or in the underground car park. House by the sea, App. 138 # 298
