This floor is the top and therefore the penthouse floor, which is dated 7th OG can be reached via a staircase. The house is located on the main beach between the two pedestrian zones. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 65 m² for 2 people. Equipment: This apartment is bright and modern. In the living room there are a. a couch set. The open sleeping area is separated from the living area by a room divider, with the dining table in front of the window. In front of the sleeping area and the living room there is a large west terrace with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The kitchen is separate and has u. a. Oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are expressly not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage.
