This floor is the top and therefore the penthouse floor, which is dated 7th OG can be reached via a staircase. The house is located on the main beach between the two pedestrian zones. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 65 m² for 2 people. Equipment: This apartment is bright and modern. In the living room there are a. a couch set. The open sleeping area is separated from the living area by a room divider, with the dining table in front of the window. In front of the sleeping area and the living room there is a large west terrace with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The kitchen is separate and has u. a. Oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are expressly not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
