#### Sauberkeit und Ausstattung zu bemängeln
Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung hätte besser sein können/müssen. Wir hatten die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet. Gleich zu Anfang hatten wir im Wohnraum und Küche Besuch von einer Ameisenkolonie. Die haben wir mit Schlappen und Ameisenboxen besiegt. Nur das Entfernen des Friedhofs gestaltete sich schwierig, denn in der Wohnung gab es keinen Staubsauger oder Besen. Das haben wir bei der Agentur reklamiert. Die konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen, wollte aber das Hauskeeping informieren. Bei uns hat sich aber keiner gemeldet. So haben wir den Raum mit Handfeger und Dreckschüppe gereinigt. Im Schlafzimmer unter dem Bett war auch schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Dort war ein größerer Staubteppich. Im Badezimmer war die Dichtung der Duschtüren defekt. Wenn man nicht sehr vorsichtig war, setzte man das Badezimmer (welches sehr sehr klein war) unter Wasser. Außerdem waren die inneren Fugen der Glaswände schwarz. Das war aber nicht die Ursprungsfarbe. Desweiteren gab es keinen Haarföhn. Auf unsere Nachfrage antwortete man uns, dass er zu häufig gestohlen worden ist. Gegen ein Pfand von 20€ bekam man einen ganz einfachen Severin-Föhn, der wenig Leistung aber viel Hitze produzierte. Das sind einige Beispiele für unsere Unzufriedenheit.

#### Wir waren überwiegend zufrieden.
Bei Eintreffen lag eine Wohnzimmerschranktür neben dem Schrank. Trotz sofortiger Meldung bei der Agentur, die umgehend Abhilfe versprach (Der Hausmeister kommt sofort!), wurde nicht repariert. Ich konnte den Schaden selbst notdürftig beseitigen.
