Danke an die Reinigungskräfte für eine sehr gut gereinigte Wohnung, und an die Handwerker, die kleine Defekte schnellst möglich behoben haben. Der Geschirrspüler war bei Ankunft nicht funktionsfähig , trotz mehrerer Mails bekamen wir keinen neuen bzw. eine Mietminderung von 10%, die einem bei einer Ferienwohnung zusteht, in der die elektronischen Geräte im Inserat aufgezählt werden. ##### Birgitta H. Jan 6, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gepflegt, gut aufgeteilt und liegt sehr ruhig. Ins Zentrum läuft man 15 min., an den Strand in 5 min durch das idyllische Südwäldchen. Allerdings blickt man direkt auf ein hässliches Hochhaus. Wenn man das Appartment direkt über die Agentur bucht, dann ist es günstiger. Das fanden wir merkwürdig, da man ja bei FeWo direkt davon ausgeht, dass man direkt bucht und dadurch den günstigsten Preis bekommt. Auch die 50 Euro für das Wäschepaket fanden wir übertrieben, eine Rolle Klopapier und einen Spüllappen für eine Woche dagegen sparsam. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. ##### Sabine H.
