Accommodation was perfect for single traveler. Basic room with single bed, and shared bathroom. Check in was easy, and quiet nights sleep. Worth noting that there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. In summer with hot temps room can get warm. Location is a few kms from Parramatta and close to main motorways. Room and bathroom clean. Full kitchen with large fridge and microwave. Dorm room, shared facilities, students coming and going. It was cheap as chips and perfect for a quick stopover. Everything was clean and comfortable, and close enough to Church St to walk in for a quick bite or grab groceries (15 min walk). You get what you pay for - a bare bones accomodation experience. Room was neat, as were the kitchen facilities. I just needed somewhere cheap and close by to Parramatta and that's exactly what I got. Reception staff (RA's) were friendly and efficient. Blankets were nice and thick, though the pillow provided was very flat.
