What We Love  
  
Escape into exquisite tranquillity at this rare gem in Riverview. Featuring water views, a private spa and pool and a Balinese style home, this home is a restful oasis, unfolding to welcome you to the perfect home away from home.  
  
Mirroring its peaceful surroundings, this spacious 4-bedroom home exudes, natural elegance and a resort-style vibe. Natural light and a clever airflow fill the main living space with an outdoorsy calmness, mirrored in the breathtaking natural straw ceiling which cocoons the room in a remarkable piece of architecture and engineering. Beneath the soft ceiling, you’ll find a variety of open-plan living spaces that you’ll be hard-pressed to leave. An open-plan kitchen is in the centre of the space, where brilliant white countertops reflect the light across the convenient island and breakfast bar. To the left of the kitchen a hardwood dining table is the setting for glamorous formal dinners, seating up to 8 guests. Adjacent to the dining table is your first living area, where deep blue sofas offer a cosy escape from the day. A second sitting area is available on the other side of the kitchen, where a lighter arrangement of squashy grey and white chairs are arranged around a modern fireplace - ideal for cooler daytimes. Boasting purpose-designed entertainment this home delivers a memorable escape for the whole family. Downstairs there is a gym area and yoga space, with free weights for a morning workout. Head back up to the main living level, you’ll also find a games room with a ping-pong table, and dartboard, as well as a bar and fridge, which opens directly to the deck. From here keep active with a few laps in the heated pool, or take a more restful approach making full use of the spa facilities. Better still sink into the outdoor sofas and admire the water view, as you cook up an alfresco feast at the BBQ. Or feeling energetic, shoot some hoops in the front garden or take out the paddle board or canoe on the Lane Cove river, accessed from the back yard gate that takes you directly onto the picturesque Tambourine Bay park and waterfront jetty area.  
  
Four impeccably styled bedrooms grace this serene home, ready to transport you to a restful slumber. The first floor holds an impressive master suite; a ceiling fan blows a gentle breeze over the king bed, which overlooks a private terrace with water views. You’ll feel like a celebrity with the sole use of a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite featuring a spa-like double shower. The other rooms are equally enticing. On the ground floor, you’ll find a Queen bedroom and a further two double bedrooms with the option for one to be two single beds, all delightfully styled with restful artwork, and offering plenty of space for your belongings.  
  
Backing onto Tambourine Park, this home is in serene, peaceful and bushland locale. Enjoy the surrounding tranquillity by wandering through expansive bushland with a picnic, or head into nearby Lane Cove to enjoy the bustling village-like farm shops and restaurants. The Harbour views (glimpsed through the trees) remind you that you’re less than a 20-minute drive from the bright lights of the CBD, where some of Sydney’s best attractions are just waiting to be enjoyed.

The Neighbourhood  
\- Visit Greenwich Baths, the popular harbour pool perfect for cooling off on a hot day, and enjoying a sandy beach. You’ll also find a charming cafe here, along with fantastic, uninterrupted views of the Harbour.  
\- Lane Cove is buzzing with great places to eat. Lillah Middle Eastern is a popular yet laid-back affair or opt for the Little Red Robin Restaurant & Wine Bar for delicious wines and upmarket dishes.  
\- Walk around the foreshore exploring the many wild reserves and beautiful bushwalks. Tambourine Bay Reserve is right next to you, with a playground, picnic and BBQ facilities, and the Tambourine Bay Sea Scout jetty a perfect spot for a picnic or spot to launch the canoe or paddle board. Burns Bay Reserve is a short walk.  
\- Wander the sprawling, manicured and idyllic harbourside grounds of St Ignatius’ College which are open to the public in non-school term periods.  
  
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.
