If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things. The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken. The key fob doesn’t work on the car park or front entrance, but fortunately does on the lift so we were able to find work arounds. The bathroom door, walls, and ceiling are all swollen and peeling from water damage. The headboard in the main bedroom prevents access to the power sockets. The bedside lamp is damaged.
