You will find it an easy stroll to the ferry, with the bus stop outside the building. The close proximity to all the tourist attractions make it the perfect choice for your holiday or short break.

Make sure that you have a coffee from Bernie at the Cremorne Wharf- I never miss.

Ten minutes across the harbour will have you at Circular Quay, which is the gateway to the CBD and the transport hub of Sydney , where you can easily access the additional tourist attractions that are not around Circular Quay. You have ferries, buses, trains, trams and taxi's for your choosing.

Outside your door you have the harbour foreshore, which you can take for picturesque walks, with one way taking you around to Mosman, past many beautiful gardens and art deco buildings, and lots of activity on the harbour to enjoy.

If you want a break from alfresco dining you can take a picnic and relax on the grass with a glass of wine or cup of coffee/tea.

On a hot day, you can enjoy a swim in the harbour swimming pool- you just cannot get away from the views!!

A perfect setting to view the fireworks displays from the harbour and bridge, as well as the Sydney to Hobart Yacht races.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of seven. It occupies the whole width of the building and thus has no immediate neighbour.

An enchanting spacious two bedroom light filled apartment, which sleeps four comfortably , providing you with expansive open plan living, with high ceilings enhanced by sandstone feature walls in the dining area.

The dining area has an arched picturesque window where you will find dining a treat, especially at night with the city and harbour lights as your backdrop.

Sitting area adjoining , looks out over the foreshore and harbour.

Ultra modern equipped kitchen, with marble bench tops, electric hotplate and fridge-looks out over the harbour.

Main Bedroom has a queen bed , with harbour views. Built in robes.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed , with harbour views when door opened Built in robes.

Stunning marble bathroom - A large walk in shower.

A 2nd half bathroom has washbasin and toilet. This room doubles as the laundry, with an automatic washing machine and a dryer.

There is a second large sitting room that opens off another entrance.

All linen and towels are supplied, including pool / beach towels.

LOCAL TRANSPORT

There is no designated parking.

Ferries run between Cremorne Point and Circular Quay every thirty minutes throughout the day Monday to Friday ( more frequent at peak times) and every hour during the evening.

Week-end hourly.

Circular Quay has a public transport hub that connects up the city’s trains, ferry , bus and tram services, as well as taxi's.

Buses run from Cremorne Wharf , via Milson Road, to Neutral Bay Wharf, via the Military Road restaurant strip.

If you prefer to drive, the city’s system of motorways and tunnels link in a short distance from Cremorne Point.
