The room was quiet, comfortable and the staff were very helpful! The most comfortable bed and turn down service at night with slippers laid out and a treat on the bed! I would highly recommend this hotel for luxury!

Good size room, for two adults and two kids sharing twin beds. Light rail directly to darling harbour (can walk too though), paddy’s market, china town. Lovely pool area, great temperature. Food options inside complex and outside. Cole’s supermarket just outside the complex.

Beautiful hotel for workcation. Love the room layout, comfortable chaise. Food were excellent. Also tried several restaurants at The Star. Would like to book spa package next time.

We stayed for a night in their Jewel City Suite & it did not disappoint. The room is spacious & clean with a beautiful view of the city. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

The service was truly exceptional and what you usef to get from a 5 star resort but more recenty this has been lost with other hotels. Well done team @thedarling. The Spa was also a very high standard

I like the personal touch of the beds being turned down and hand cream placed out , plus slippers next to the bed and a general room tidy up whilst you’re out. Attention to detail is key to great customer service and they certainly provided that

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at (ever) and completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful from start to finish. In particular, Ali at the front desk, really made an effort to ensure our stay was everything we needed it to be. I always feel a bit funny staying in hotels but this is the first time I felt like I could fully relax as everything was cleaned to a meticulous standard. All the special touches were greatly appreciated. The hotel is located around a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle but we felt this was better because we could easily walk to these areas in the day and then relax away from it all in the evening. It also worked out better in terms of parking with our car. All the staff were lovely and polite and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in Sydney!

I really enjoyed this hotel. I plan to be back during Christmas. Everything was fantastic. Buffet at the harvest wasn't really enjoyable for me and really expensive as we did not really eat that evening. I feel I should get a refund of $100. I skipped breakfast on the 14th. I also feel I should be refunded for that.
