With a rich community and cultural spirit, guests are spoilt for choice, while the CBD is just a quick ferry away, only a 2 minute stroll from our apartment. Nestled opposite a beautiful National Park, this executive apartment offers unique style, scandi bedroom and an apartment which has been renovated and styled to the highest of standards. We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible! HOUSE RULES: \*Check-in: After 3:00 pm \*Checkout: 10:00 am \*No smoking \*No parties or events \*No pets allowed ADDITIONAL RULES: \*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. \*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. \*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval. \*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. \*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. \*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm. \*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. \*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. On Paul St there is 2 hours free parking which you can use. \*Please note, the home is on the top floor and there is no elevator in this building. There are 6 flights or stairs to reach the apartment including the outside stairs to the front of the building. \*Please note, the bathroom does not have a door. It is an open entrance from the bedroom. \*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. \* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. Only a two block walk to the ferry system, it was very convenient to explore Sydney and move about the different neighborhoods.
