I booked a bed in a room with two people but I was lucky they upgraded me and got the single room. The staff they are nice and help. It would have been a nicer stay if It was cleaner. Also there are a lot of facilities such as study room, entertaining room, balcony, gym and pool that would have been great with maintaining to be tidy and clean.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and the facilities clean. I didn’t need anything more than that for the short time I was there. It was well located for access to the stadium and good value for money.

Myself Thort this it was excellent Excellent kitchen facilities Cleaned continually and was spotless every morning I found it very comfortable with pool and gym facilities also Very good price for what you get access to Close to everything Would recommend

This is a nice place to stay. It was close to where I needed to go each day. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The staff I thank because i was that tired from my trip, She took me to my room,gave me bottles of water to which I was grateful for,told me where everything thing was. Then I went off to sleep exhursted from my trip. They were even concerned if I was ok and how did I slept. Im wanting to go back to this place I Had every thing that I needed for my stay. kitchen,laundry, study room and a tv room so you can go and relax.its not high end class Motel but! Very clean& the Staff make it nice for you by they way they welcome you to the motel.They are all very kind & Sociable Staff some thing rare to find in these place’s. Congratulations to all the staff.It was hard getting in here to stay as it’s on demand.But I’m very glad I found this place online, for my stay as the room was reasonably quiet for my needs.Im looking forward to go and stay there again soon. It was also reasonably priced,So I could afford my stay there for the week I needed to get every thing done.. Thankyou to you all. I have stayed at a few other places / Motels and they were Discusting This can put a couple of those Discusting motels to shame. Well done 95/100 and a big Thankyou to you all again. Great stay and excellent location
This was a great stay close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. Price is great and is definitely worth staying here

The room wasn’t cleaned and no storage for my bags. Very bad wifi signal in my room and I told them but they didn’t care, just said No it’s working. It was some kind of beetles in the room as well and bed sheet, pillows wasn’t changed.

it was conveniently located to shops, quiet and clean, staff were kind and helpful. The only downside is my room had constant cigarette smoke sipping in from the corridors at night, probably because it was near the common outdoor area where you could smoke. I had to block the space under the door with some materials to get some descent sleep.

The room is fine, shared bathroom is clean, shared kitchen and dining area are good. The only problem is that over a weekend during I had stayed there, the noise was loud. Other tenants were partying, getting drunk, and making a lot of noise all over the compound.

Nice location close to public transport.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room wasn't the cleanest but I was allowed to check in earlier than usual so it could be that the preparations were rushed; it wasn't a deal breaker anyway and the room was adequate for a rest post after a day out. Overall, the place provided a comfortable stay.

Good Budget Accommodation
Pro - spacious room, clean, fridge, good wifi, close to buses and about 20 minutes walk to train. Lots of restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre Burwood close by. Cons - rather stuffy room, noise, only 1 power point in room, no replacement toiletries except first day when check in. No clothes hangers. We picked this hostel because it suits my budget and I only need a clean and safe place to sleep. The size of the room is spacious and the large desk is a nice touch. We stayed on ground level and our window is next to the swimming pool and the outdoor BBQ area so we never lift our curtain or tried to open our window. When people gathered there for party at night you can expect some noise but their smokes do get into the room so if you are allergic to cigarette smoke be aware. We have an ensuite room and the bathroom is small but adequate. Would recommend them to put a shelf in bathroom for personal toiletries etc. No clothes hangers and cups either. Bring your own toiletries as they only give you one set upon check in no matter how many nights you stay unless you don't mind asking for more each night. Communal kitchen is large and functional so you can cook your meals if you want to save money. Bus stops are only 1 or 2 min walk so talk the bus to the Shopping Centre and the train station as walking is quite far (takes 20 mins) and not recommended in hot weather. Heaps of restaurants to suit different budgets once you get to the Burwood station precinct.

Over the years I have stayed the only disappointing factors is a lack of on going basic maintaince eg a large number of showers have broken heads and only hot or cold running water. Lots of concrete cancer showing in walls. Pool is no longer the sparkling pool it used to be. I was really put off this time by the harsh manner of who seemed to be the regular duty manager. One night he was repeatedly yelling foul language at a female customer. Get the fxxx etc, if he had problems I sure he didn't need to yell this type of language waking guests in adjoining rooms. I think it was the same guest he was dining with earlier so maybe Management needs to set boundaries more clearly between staff & guests.

Inexpensive good value accommodation
Arrived late at night but a member of staff was on call and arrived within seconds to let us into our room. Some remedial painting work going on but the staff left a complimentary mini hamper in our room to apologise for the inconvenience which was a very nice touch. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the accommodation was within 10 minutes walk of a good range of shops and restaurants. The train station was about 15 minutes walk with an extremely good and cheap service into Sydney and the surrounding areas with the use of an Opal card available at many shops in the area. We thoroughy enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Everything was good, just the public area was a bit messy and couldn't find any opener there. Besides that, I really love the night view at the balcony.:) Plus, there was a staff and he was really helping with our requests! (Sorry, don't know his name tho :P)

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Being student accommodation, I was expecting it to be loud Friday and Saturday night but was pleasantly surprised. Overall I would stay again the only problem is that with all the good reviews, when I need to stay they are booked out!!!!!

Stayed in a private room, it was clean and had good basic amenities and a lot of space. The staff are very helpful it looks well managed. Quiet suburban location, 15 min walk to Burwood shopping centre and Strathfield train station. It's student accommodation, so expect a little noise from the hallway but it wasn't too bad for me.

Nice position, really helpful staff, good facilities. Only criticism was waking up to find a cockroach on the kitchen sink but I mean hey what are you going to do. Second criticism is that the room I stayed in could do with some more power points. Otherwise, highly recommended by me.

You need to whisper in night time
They have a very good kitchen and helpful staff. It is quite far away from train station if you carry heavy luggage and please note the accommodation is situated a bit up a gentle slope. Our most upset experience could be the conflict with students living there. The wall is quite thin. One night, next door student came to complain our noise. We then lower our voice to talk but very soon, she knocked our door again. She was very impolite and complained she could still hear us talking. We did not expect to live in this student accommodation without talking or we needed to whisper! It was not our fault to make the wall so thin!

Closer to a 3star hotel than a hostel. Great location less than ten minutes from train station and easy access to the city. You will not find better value in Sydney. Extremely helpful staff who enabled a very late checkout with no fuss.

18 minutes to city, 9 mins walking 9 mins train
Clean comfy and cheap. With a 9 min train ride into city pay for a private room and enjoy luxury. Rooms have a microwave and sink, also a refrigerator. Free self parking and a quiet leafy suburb. Staff extremely helpful and nice, thanks all
