Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance! \* LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST ONE DAY before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. \* Extra bedding will incur an additional charge of $50. (Please confirm at least one day before check-in.) \* Rebooking will be subject to availability and the new daily room rate. The new daily rate may differ from the original booking price. Guests will be required to pay the rebooking price, which may include a higher room rate. \* The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days, depending on availability. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any breakages or damages incurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will becollected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
