This is a quiet and tranquil space, located close to the inner city/CBD and also to the Eastern Suburbs. We are walking distance to many of Sydney's highlights and also has a convenient train station and shopping centre nearby.
The apartment itself is classically designed with the 2 spacious bedrooms separated by the bathroom, with the kitchen in the next room followed by the large living areas at the back of the apartment.
Please note this is a heritage building with no internal lift and stair access only to our quiet top floor (3rd level) apartment.
Please also note there is only street parking available in surrounding streets.
