A dedicated entertainment room provides an inviting space for movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and ample workspace, making meal preparation and entertaining both convenient and enjoyable. The master suite provides a luxurious haven, featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite with both a bath and separate shower ideal for unwinding in privacy and comfort. We love taking care of our guests and are here to help with any essential needs during our support hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST, when our local team is actively on the ground. After 5:00 PM, our virtual support team is available until 11:00 PM, 7 days a week, to assist you wherever possible. IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: Neighbouring Construction Update (Temporary) The properties immediately adjacent to the villa are in the final stages of construction. Works are now significantly lighter and quieter than earlier in the project and are expected to be fully completed in the coming weeks. For your planning: • Monday – Friday: Work generally runs from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Saturday: Limited works only, typically starting later (around 8–9 AM) and finishing by 3:00 PM • Sunday & Public Holidays: No construction activity The noise is most noticeable around the pool and outdoor areas in the morning but reduces noticeably as the day progresses. The stunning ocean views, outdoor entertaining area, and overall privacy of the villa remain unaffected. We’ve chosen to keep the property available at the current rate during this short final phase rather than pause bookings, and the majority of guests still enjoy a wonderful stay. However, if absolute tranquility is essential for your trip, please feel free to message us — we’re happy to give you the very latest update or suggest quieter periods.
