When we arrived we met the host Sia. She was so nice and easy to get along with. She upgraded our stay to a 2 bedroom apartment due to plumbing issues in our booked studio room. The apartment was undergoing renovations but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the price was fantastic. . We were within walking distance to all shops (5 min) as well as public transport. We would have liked to hear from them a little earlier, nobody was around upon arrival which was unsettling but the phone number at the entrance gate was helpful. The house is in an area with many houses looking uncared for and run down. It is reasonably quiet, not a lot of noise is reaching the house from a main road apart from emergency sirens. If you are looking for a home away from home then look no further. This little farm in the middle of Sydney's west is absolutely adorable and one little place you will want to come back to. I gave it 5 stars because of the comfy accommodation combined with the beautiful caring nature's of Sia and Fred. I will always stay here whenever I visit Sy Marys .... :) ##### Dave D.
