Any evidence of smoking or fire alarm activation linked to guest behaviour may result in additional cleaning/call-out charges and/or building fines, which may be passed on through Airbnb. 6) Shoes Off and General Care Please remove shoes indoors. Please do not move furniture. Treat the property, furnishings, and shared building areas with care. If anything is damaged, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. 7) Rubbish and Common Areas Please dispose of rubbish in the rubbish chute/bin area as instructed. Do not leave rubbish in hallways or common areas. Building management may charge fees or issue fines for improper disposal—these may be passed on where applicable. 8) Pets Service animals are welcome. Other pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before booking. 9) Parking (Important) Parking is not available at every property. We take cleanliness seriously and respond to genuine pest issues. However, occasional insect sightings are not grounds for complaints or refunds unless there is evidence of an ongoing infestation. 14) Availability and Pricing Availability and pricing may change at any time based on demand and platform settings.
