### Rozelle Terrace Heritage Charm near the Foreshore

Wake to glimpses of the Harbour Bridge from your private balcony in this charming Victorian terrace. Just a short stroll from the Rozelle Bay foreshore, parklands, and local eateries, this home is an ideal base for exploring the relaxed pace of the inner west. Inside, the storybook living area invites you to unwind, while the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Hop on the bus nearby for a direct trip into the CBD, or join The Bay Run for a scenic start to your day along the waterfront.  
This classic Victorian terrace showcases heritage charm and vintage character in a beautifully preserved home. Inside, the living area feels like a storybook retreat—deep red walls, plush seating, an ornamental fireplace, and built-in bookshelves invite you to curl up with a cuppa or settle in for a quiet movie night.  
  
The kitchen is bright and well-equipped, with a colourful tiled splashback, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine. The dining area features vintage-style seating and an antique round table beneath soft lighting, offering a beautiful space to gather. After meals, step onto the timber deck with a glass of wine in hand and unwind on the comfortable seating among the treetops—a peaceful spot to read, chat or listen to the birds.  
  
Upstairs, each bedroom features a queen bed, blackout blinds, and crisp linen for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom includes an ornamental fireplace and opens to a private balcony with treetop views and glimpses of the Harbour Bridge, while the second offers leafy outlooks and its own TV—ideal for quiet movie nights. The main bathroom includes a shower-over-bath and essential toiletries for everyday ease. Below the deck, a renovated laundry area includes a washer, dryer, and powder room for added convenience, while a courtyard offers a convenient spot to dry clothes in the sun.  
  
Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms, with portable fans and heaters available throughout for year-round comfort. While there’s no on-site parking, transport is easy with a bus stop two minutes away and Rozelle Bay light rail an 11-minute walk from your stay. Please note, the internal staircase is steep and narrow, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Tucked away on a leafy street, this home places you within easy reach of some of the Inner West’s most loved spots. A four-minute stroll brings you to Rozelle Parklands, and a little further on, the tranquil foreshore of Rozelle Bay offers peaceful waterfront views and a connection to the iconic Bay Run walking circuit. Within ten minutes on foot, you can enjoy modern Australian fare at Three Weeds or indulge in Italian classics at Totti’s. A 15-minute stroll takes you to Darling Street’s dining strip, with local favourites like Tang Mo Thai, Corner Bar, and Johnny Gio’s. Don’t miss the Rozelle Collectors Markets on weekends—a local place full of vintage fashion, antiques, and homewares. Public transport is easy, with a bus stop two minutes away offering direct CBD access, and the Rozelle Bay light rail stop an 11-minute walk.
