Your own fridge, washing machine, clothes line and private entry. Centrally located near shops, parks and beaches all within walking distance, bus stops are nearby and off street parking is available for one vehicle. Independent attached one bedroom apartment. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a wall bed that can fold away to create more room within the bedroom and it includes a large desk enabling it to become a great space for studying or working. Keyless entry so you can’t lock yourself out, very convenient. The actual space includes a decent size kitchen, bathroom and storage cupboard and a good size bedroom with wall mounted TV and wardrobe. Maroubra beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill,Pacific Square and other shops are very close also under 10 minutes walk, with theSydney CBD under 10km away and easily accessible withnearby buses and trams. Car, bus and tram all easily accessible. A single car space is available at the front of the house - please use the space closest to our neighbour 47 Galvin St (lower side of the slope) The apartment has no living room and is accessed via the side entrance to the left of the main house.
