### Poolside - Iluka - Palm Beach by Beach Stays

This poolside apartment offers the best of Iluka holiday living – located right next to the pool kick off your shoes and enjoy your beautiful outdoor entertaining area with family and friends. Sit by the pool and unwind with a book whilst cooking a BBQ lunch nearby. After lunch take a stroll down to Snappermans beach or the ferry wharf to watch the boats and pelicans for some afternoon entertainment. With cafes and restaurants located within walking distance – there is no need to drive once you arrive at your beachside home away from home. This apartment is perfectly appointed for weekends away, mid-week getaways or longer breaks in both summer and winter.   
  
This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers plenty of space to unwind and relax after a day exploring Palm Beach. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and sliding doors opening on to the courtyard area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a fold out sofa bed is available in the lounge. The open plan kitchen and lounge flow through to the outdoor courtyard – where a day lounge and outdoor table and chairs offer plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. A spacious bathroom offers a bath (\*not jetted) and shower plus an additional separate toilet.   
  
Centrally located opposite Snappermans beach, next door to the luxurious Palm Beach Wine Co Deli, strolling distance to Barrenjoey House – there are multiple culinary experiences located right on your doorstep. Further down the road you can enjoy a game of golf, ocean swim at Palm Beach or Whale Beach, walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse or stroll the local Palm Beach markets on the weekend.
