Great rooms to get ready as a bridal party in, accommodating staff helped us with a bar stool for makeup as well as extra chair for hair. I had dinner at the bar on the Friday night when there by myself which was also delicious and peaceful. The gorgeous staff also left beautiful little surprises for us on both evening to celebrate this special life milestone. Also the walk back around the Harbour from our reception venue by the waterfront - just priceless! Just access if rainy can be a little tricky as there's only a narrow undercover pickup area, but the porters are super helpful with umbrellas. Location is amazing in walking distance to many of the highlights or close to the station for light rail or trains. We were a bit disappointed by our room but the staff were very helpful and allocated us another room which we really enjoyed. The breakfast is delicious with many choices and staff are very friendly and efficient. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful lobby we were greeted by a lovely staff member who checked us in quickly and explained everything to us. The concierge was also amazing, taking control of our heavy bags and valet parking. The whole process was seamless from woe to go.
