Problems included: dreadful instructions to find the lockbox key and then how to get into the apartment; key didn't work very well so difficult to lock and unlock; shower flooded as drainage seemed blocked; balcony was very dirty with old, dirty furniture so you couldn't use it. Given a bit of tlc this would be a perfect place to spend several days.
