While The Miller’s on Kent II is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend. HOUSE RULES \* Check-in: After 3:00 pm \* Checkout: 10:00 am \* No smoking \* No parties or events \*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below) ADDITIONAL RULES \*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. \*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. \*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time. \*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. \*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine. \*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Told at check-in the washing machine wasn’t working and discovered no hot water in laundry sink. No clothes dryer or clothes line. No out side garbage bins so rubbish sat in the dirty unkempt patio area. With two small children the absence of a convenient way to wash and dry clothes was problematic.
