The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful however they were short staff. Our Fridge wasn’t turned on and we didn’t realise leaving our food and drinks in it. To only realise the next day that it wasn’t turned on at the power point. Our toilet seat was broken and our air conditioner didn’t work well the room was very hot. However the breakfast was very good.

Would stay again. Property in good condition. Fee for on-site parking, luckily plenty of on-street parking during our stay. In lobby, you are directed to an electronic check-in computer, that was not easiest to use, and in the end would not check us in, so had to wait a bit for staff assistance. Staff was friendly, but spending what we felt was too much time trying to show others how to check-in using the computer system, slowed up the process for everyone.

Good stay for what we needed. Room nicely proportioned ,clean and had everything we need. Staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Only shame was that at 430am we were woken by other guests loudly shouting as they got onto their coach,which was right outside our window. Not really on the hotel but did disrupt our sleep ..once we got to back to sleep were woken again by the carwash starting up! But again that's outside of hotels control. Would stay again though .convenient location for beaches and good access to public transport

Our stay was three nights. Day two room service was not done despite the tag being on the door that it was ready for servicing. When raised on our return they claimed the privacy tag was out which was not the case. Disappointing not only for the failure to deliver but also not taking immediate responsibility. Other than that stay was very good.

Great location, great staff the lovely gentleman that checked us in was so busy doing everything, no eggs left for breakfast by 9am, and shower could do with a bottle bit of bleach but bed super comfortable and room size perfect.
