You will be staying in a bright and comfortable one bedroom apartment just a short walk from Little Bay Beach. The open plan living area includes a lounge, dining space, smart TV, and a dedicated desk area for guests who may need to work during their stay. This space flows out to a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh sea breezes and a glimpse of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meals at home, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and essential utensils. The bedroom features a queen bed and built in storage, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day by the coast. The bathroom includes a walk in shower An internal laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience, especially for longer stays. and secure parking along with lift access help make the stay smooth and practical. With the Little Bay Beach, cafés, coastal walks, and local village shops all within a few minutes’ walk, this apartment offers a peaceful coastal setting while still being within easy reach of Randwick, UNSw, the airport, and Sydney’s CBD. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Listing Cancellation Policy: Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees.
