\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\- Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call-out fee from $350.  
\- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
