The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check-out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.  
\- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.  
\- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.  
\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied  
\- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived  
  
\- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.  
\- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm

\- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet  
\- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa  
\- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.

\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\- Please take the property key with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180.  
\- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
