Brand new 1 bedroom apartment located in Sydney's nightlife and food hub. This stunning 1 bed, 1 bath home is beautifully furnished with high quality products and fun, bright artworks. The high ceilings and huge windows provide a light and airy modern loft apartment. Easy walk to Oxford St, City, Surry Hills and Kings Cross. You will be spoilt for choice with many restaurants, shops and bars. AC, washer, building lift and intercom. Easy walk around Sydney or public transport.

The Space:
This appealing apartment is the perfect Inner-City loft. This brand new home has the façade of a heritage building, which gives it the delightful high ceilings, large windows and wide wooden floor boards. Bathed in sunshine it is an oasis of calm located in the heart of bustling Darlinghurst. New, quality furnishings provide a modern and relaxed home away from home. State-of-the-art conveniences include full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and coffee machine. The building has a lift and secure intercom access. Located within easy walking distance to the City, Surry Hills, Kings Cross and Paddington. A wander through the City streets will bring you to The Rocks area in about 25 minutes, visit the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Botanic Gardens. A large selection of restaurants on Stanley Street are just a 5 minute walk and a few minutes to Woolloomooloo wharf dining precinct. Easy bus or train access to Bondi beach, Bondi junction, Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Walking distance to St Vincent’s Hospital (10mins), Taylor Square (10mins) and Art Gallery of NSW (15mins) Try The Old Growler for a quiet drink, delicious Japanese at Sushi Yachio and Spice I am a Thai favourite. Darlinghurst is located right next to the City Centre of Sydney and the lifestyle gives you an abundance of restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping and parks. It is known as the centre of Sydney’s LGBTI community. You are within walking distance to CBD, Oxford St, Surry Hills and Circular Quay. With great public transport links, grab an Opal Card and get to Bondi Beach, Centennial Park and enjoy Sydney.

Getting Around:
The City Centre is 10 a minute walk, Sydney Opera House 20 minutes and the Botanical Gardens 15 minutes. There are several bus stops within a 5 minute walk, which can take you around Sydney, including to Circular Quay, Bondi Beach or Centennial Park. Museum Train station is a 10 minute walk for those guests getting a train from Sydney Airport. The area has many shops, cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Great location

The apartment was as described in the ad. All the appliances worked well except for the vacuum cleaner. Instruction on how to use the oven would have been useful. It could have been cleaner. The major issue was that there was a lot of personal stuff left behind which made the apartment cluttered. The closet was full of unneeded comforters and blankets which left no room for our clothes. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful apartment in a great location and we would rent it again.
