We have stayed at the Hyde Park Inn many times and are always happy with the service, cleanliness, comfort and location. I was disappointed to be told after we completed signing in that there may be isolating returning travellers staying here - I think we should have been contacted prior to our arrival so we could change our plans if we wished☹️ Also we did not receive breakfast for our first morning - not sure why?? On a positive note, we were most grateful to have the cleaner arrive in the afternoon and ask if we’d like our room cleaned as we’d missed out in the morning.👍

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff at reception were very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was very handy. Breakfast was provided on each day of our stay. Room service cleaned our room every day. Great view, easy access to the city. Quiet for the most part except for the sound of a draft under the door. Parking was very tight and not easy to manoeuvre.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The towels already had hair on them and looked unwashed. Dusting has not been done in a year by the looks.
