### Cosy Studio in Bondi Junction in 1970s building

Charming studio in a 1970s building. Conveniently located in Bondi Junction close to restaurants, cafe, bars and retail / shops. There is a bus stop outside with regular services to Bondi beach and to the City. Or you might just like to stay inside in comfort and enjoy the large balcony and unwind.  
  
The space  
The studio has a queen size bed, dining table and 2 x arm chairs.  
  
The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, milk warmer, warming oven.  
  
The bathroom has a separate vanity with wardrobe, and a shower and WC.  
  
The balcony has a lounger and 2 x chairs.  
  
Guest access  
Guests can get access to the unit via a lock box which will have the keys inside.  
  
Other things to note  
There is a common laundry located on the third floor.  
  
During normal daytime hours guests can enter the building without a strata key and use the lift to get to the unit. For after hours access there is a key switch on the Oxford Street side to open the automatic doors to the lift lobby.  
  
Note: Good news the building works to repair the balconies and handrails have completed on the Spring Street side which is the side our studio is on and the balcony Is accessible once again!  
  
The works now move to the opposite side of the building on the Oxford Street side. There may be noise but it is one the other side of the building during normal business hours.

Had a really great stay Very comfortable and just what we needed for a couple of days stay . Communication with Greg our host was really good . Answered all of our questions promptly . Would recommend and would stay again . Thank you
