Named for its inviting atmosphere, this charming Airbnb offers a serene escape for your short stay. Exciting news! The Granny guest house construction is finished and can now host five more guests. We can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, making Les Villa perfect for large groups and family gatherings. In a peaceful street in Kingswood, you'll find "Les Villa," a 3-bedroom house that offers a getaway from city life. It's close to Penrith town, Nepean Hospital, and about 38 km from Scenic World. The home has a 55-inch TV with lots of channels and Netflix for entertainment. We also provide a tasty breakfast with fresh cereals, milk, tea, and coffee. Two bedrooms have comfy double beds, and the third room has two single beds. If you need space for more guests, check out "Sydney Blue Mountain Retreat," which can host 12 guests. It's a new addition to our offerings. Les Villa boasts a convenient location, easily accessible via the M4 and Great Western Highway. Reji the host was very welcoming and warm and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. His communication was great and the house was also very clean and tidy and was exaclty as listed (even had some extra bonuses that aren't on the listing!) I highly recommend Reji and his house for anyone needing to stay in the western Sydney area. the neighborhood was good and the house is very close to the main roads which makes it easy to get anywhere quickly. ##### Gus O.
