Tucked in a quiet street in Surry Hills, you’re moments from Central Station, Oxford Street, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, and the CBD—all within an easy stroll. Plus, Bondi Beach is just a quick ride away.  
The space  
Enjoy stylish, open-plan living in this beautifully furnished, ground-floor studio apartment with its own private street entrance. Designed for privacy and comfort, the apartment boasts a generous 48 square meters (157 sq. ft) of living space, complete with gorgeous high ceilings, a modern skylight, and sleek climate-controlled comfort.  
  
The thoughtfully curated décor blends style with practicality, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Sink into the plush King-sized bed for an incredible night’s sleep, while a pull-back room divider adds extra privacy for guests using the super-comfy pull-out bed.  
  
The full-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and new appliances is a chef’s dream, perfect for preparing meals. It’s fully stocked with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee plunger, and all the plates, glasses, cutlery, and cooking amenities you could need. Tea, coffee, and pantry essentials are also provided.  
  
A washer / dryer is provided and there are numerous dry cleaners and self-serve laundromats within an easy walk.  
  
Stay productive at the light-filled study nook, complete with high-speed WiFi and ample desk space. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy the entertainment system with a flat-screen TV and access to streaming services.  
  
Located on a quiet street in Sydney’s most vibrant neighborhood, the apartment is steps from Prince Alfred Park, featuring a world-famous swimming pool, tennis courts, and lush green spaces. Full access to the whole apartment with private, ground floor street entrance and security door which opens straight onto the street, so you will not need to climb stairs or interact with others in the building.  
  
Keys can be collected 24 hours a day, any time after 2pm check-in.  
  
Full reverse-cycle (hot/cold) air conditioning system with remote control.  
  
High-speed wifi internet included with Netflix and Stan entertainment streaming services on a flat-screen TV.  
Other things to note  
The apartment has one large King sized bed which is very comfortable to sleep two people.  
  
It also has a single pull-out bed for a third person.  
  
If you book for 2 people, there is one set of linen provided for the main king bed. If you book for 3 people there is a second set of linen provided for the pull-out bed.  
  
The pull out bed will not be pulled out or made up when you arrive to save space. It is very simple to pull the bed out and instructions are provided.  
  
If you are booking for 2 people who require separate beds and linen, there is an additional linen charge of $35 and it's important you let me know if you require a second linen set when you book,.
