Escape to our centrally located, quiet yet convenient, contemporary accommodation in the heart of Mosman. Set between two leafy streets, minutes to cafes, restaurants, parks and Mosman's chic boutique shops. A short stroll to Mosman Bay Ferry and bus stops, Taronga Zoo, Foreshore harbour walks and Balmoral Beach. Offering two bedrooms, 3 beds, open plan kitchen & living, airy balcony, air conditioned, a dedicated car space, plus large leafy garden on the grounds. Recently re-furbished & re-listed, the property has been newly renovated including new paint, carpet, finishings, lighting, air conditioning (cool/heat) & much needed blockout curtains for complete comfort. Accommodating all guests from young families with prams to elderly, with level access to the apartment from the properties main entrance. Open plan kitchen , living and airy balcony outlooking the leafy garden. Kitchen includes full stove, oven, family size fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher, containing all necessary items for cooking in and dinning out. The convenience of a dinning table and lux 3-seater lounge to sit back and relax while watching your favourite TV show. Wifi included. Master bedroom has an ultra comfortable queen bed, side table & office desk. Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms makes for ample storage. The second bedroom has two single beds (bunk beds) and bedside table. A porta cot is also available on request to accomodate young children. There are privacy sheer blinds in the living room and kitchen. Lux block out curtains in both bedrooms encouraging sleep-in’s and those jet lagged. The bathroom contains both shower and bath. Large 11kg Front loader washing machine available for your convenience, with large clothes lines available on the property. You will have private access to the 2 bedroom apartment and dedicated car space. Typically there is ample street parking available providing level access to the unit. You can also enjoy the common garden areas within the property grounds. First of all, it's in the lovely residential Mosman neighborhood. There is a wonderful mix of old well-maintained homes and flashy new modern ones, all with beautiful gardens. All day long, neighbors are out walking their dogs. This apartment is in the middle of a beautiful block. Two minutes in one direction and you are at the neighborhood corner with coffee, pizza, a grocery, a high-end produce market, and a pharmacy. If you go the other way, to the end of the block, and drop down into the harbor, the F6 ferry will take you straight to Circle Quay (where the opera house is). It's maybe a 10-minute walk. The price of the ferry is 1 AU , so it's faster, way cheaper, and loads more charming than an Uber. Then a short walk in a third direction takes you to Prince Albert Street with a ton of upscale shopping and restaurants. I can't wait to visit Sydney again and when I do it will be in this apartment if I can get it. Plus Tiffany leaves you with a detailed (and witty) notebook of restaurants and shops. ##### Sonja I. Tiffany was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and clean linen. Small issue with the bathroom sink not draining efficiently but not a game changer.Some tips for the next guest;- Covered parking at the back is abit tight especially if you are not used to right parking. Everything was clean and it was so well located for us. Close to Mosman Village and easy to get to the city, beaches and motorways.
