A few minutes walk to public transportation, Cafes, Restaurants, major supermarkets, and shopping malls. It's ideal for business travel and perfect for sharing with others. The fully equipped kitchen makes it suitable for a long-term stay as well. This apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests. (If you would like to use the sofa bed, we will charge 30 dollars per night per person, must mention to us at least one day before arrival) The stylish self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with queen bed \- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet \- 1 living room with a double-size sofa bed, and TV. \- 1 full kitchen \- 1 balcony with an open view \- 1 laundry with washing machine \- Free Wi-Fi provided • There is NO PARKING available. \* There is a centralized air conditioning system in the living room and bedroom The following we provide may interest you: • Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities.
