It’s just a 5-minute walk to Petersham Train Station, so you’re only 15 minutes from the city, and a 7-minute drive to the lively streets of Newtown. You’ll also find great local cafes and dining spots just steps away. This is a great base for exploring Sydney or simply relaxing and enjoying the inner west. Make yourself at home! The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. Check-in was incredibly easy and the apartment is bright, airy and clean albeit probably needing a bit of maintenance TLC. We used the washer and dryer, smart tv and aircon during our stay and had no problems at all. The garage parking was also a bonus as we had a friend drive down to stay with us.We had a very comfortable stay here and would highly recommend Simon's place for anyone looking for a short stay in Sydney.
