Bright and comfortable this fully equipped apartment is right in the heart of Sydney—ideal for families or two couples. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a full kitchen, and laundry with washer/dryer.  
  
The light rail is right outside, making it super easy to get around.  
  
Just a short walk to QVB, Paddy’s Markets, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Thai Town, ICC, plus plenty of shops and delicious restaurants nearby!  
  
We can set up 4 single beds + a sofa bed—just let us know ahead of time.

Bedroom 1: 1x King size bed, TV (not smart) and an ensuite bathroom  
Bedroom 2: 1x King size bed, with a private balcony and adjoining bathroom

※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350  
※ Standard Setting: 2x King size beds (combined with 2 singles each) for 4 guests  
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45\. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming)  
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.  
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.  
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.  
  
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.  
\- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.  
\- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.  
\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied  
\- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

\- We can prepare sofa upon requested at an extra cost of $45; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180\. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
