The moment you enter, you’re greeted by a serene, open-plan living and dining space with gleaming hardwood floors, crisp white interiors, and large-scale windows inviting the light in. The marble-accented kitchen is a showstopper, featuring gas cooktop, electric oven, and ample prep space, perfect for leisurely brunches or gourmet dinners. A warm timber dining table anchors the space, framed by lush greenery outside, while the living room beckons with plush sofas, oceanic artwork, and calming hues. Wander upstairs and you’ll discover a cosy landing nook and direct access to the rooftop, your own private retreat with jaw-dropping sea views.  The Neighbourhood   
 \- Rise early and start your day with a refreshing sunrise swim at Wylie’s Baths, a stunning ocean pool perched on the cliffs with sweeping views over the Pacific. After your dip, follow the Coogee to Clovelly coastal path, passing rugged cliffs and rock platforms drenched in golden morning light. It’s the perfect way to soak up the serenity before the day begins.  
\- Head back up to Beach Street and grab a smoothie or classic scrambled eggs from The Little Kitchen or The Lion and Buffalo, cosy cafés tucked away just off the beach. Both offer quality coffee and relaxed vibes—ideal for a slow rooftop morning or to journal your thoughts with the sound of seabirds in the distance.  
\- Spend your late morning browsing Coogee’s charming local boutiques along Coogee Bay Road, or wander down to Gordon’s Bay, a hidden oasis perfect for a peaceful midday swim. The secluded cove is a favourite for snorkelling and sunbathing. Pick up a parcel of fish and chips from Out of the Blue nearby and picnic by the rocks with salty air and sea breeze in your hair.  
\- Lace up your trainers for the iconic Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk—a 6km stretch of epic ocean views, sandstone cliffs, and photo-worthy beaches. Along the way, reward yourself with creamy gelato from Gelato Messina in Bondi or a cheeky glass of rosé at Icebergs Bar. Or, pause at Marks Park to enjoy a peaceful moment watching surfers carve through the waves below.  
\- Return to Coogee as the sun dips low, and settle in for dinner at Coogee Wine Room or Sugarcane, where you can indulge in fresh oysters, pork belly, or handmade pasta. The food is as memorable as the atmosphere. Afterwards, head upstairs to Coogee Pavilion’s rooftop bar, where fairy lights and ocean air set the scene for one last toast to a perfect coastal day.  
  
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.
