This luxury 3- bedroom home sleeps eight guests and has been recently styled by some of Sydney's best home stylists. Feel the ocean breeze from the front door and be immersed in the Bondi atmosphere at all times. Enjoy complete amenities and modern luxurious styling, a perfect place where memories are made. This idyllic 2-storey home is an easy access to some of the top restaurants and cafes in all of Sydney. When it comes to shopping, you'll be covered thanks to Westfield Bondi Junction. This is one of Australia's largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one-stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off-street parking is not available; however, parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets. Downstairs hosts an open planned and high ceiling living space. The spacious living room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows and features a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Apple TV and a plush three-seater sofa decorated. There are also two single seaters flanked by lamps, perfect for catching up on some reading or enjoying a cup of coffee in extreme comfort. Furthermore, our hosts had left a lovely welcome surprise. I was in town to run the marathon and they even thoughtfully stocked the bathroom with epsom salts to soak post-race. The location was a very short walk to the iconic beach and that was just the starting point of what we could access. A nearby bus stop made getting to the heart of the city very easy as well. We found the space to be lovely for making breakfast and dinner and spending time together in the oasis in the backyard. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and we found the whole unit to be very charming and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Communication with the group was easy and they addressed any challenges we had quickly. The only trouble we had was first locating the gate for the property but a kind neighbor directed us and once we found it, it was super easy to access. We really loved this place and it made our stay in Sydney feel very homey and relaxed. ##### Kiki S. Séjour de 6 nuits en août 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Christina F. 1 déc. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Mold which ruined our stay The second day, my daughter got sick -so sick that she stayed in her room alone for close to three days thinking she had COVID. However, when we left on Saturday, she felt much better a couple of hours after being out of the house and shortly after returning again felt ill. We couldn’t use the upstairs bathroom because the sink was clogged (with hair) and wouldn’t drain and we had already cleaned out the shower drain and refused to clean another. We instead used the bathroom downstairs, which smelled very musty/moldy. After investigating, we found lots of black MOLD in the washer. As a result, no one used the 1st floor bedroom and my daughter and her friend had to sleep on our bedroom floor. We did not use the first-floor bathroom or bedroom, the washer/dryer, or even the family room for the rest of our stay. I called the property manager and no one called us back. Minor - Trash Bins full on arrival (although trash pick-up was day prior). Neighbor's dog repeatedly urinated and pooed on our walkway - once on our entry mat. We spoke with the neighbor about it twice and it still happened a third time. Not to mention that there was construction next door that ran from 7 am to 3 Monday through Saturday. No Microwave - inconvenient and odd. No beach towels at a house 5 minutes walk from the beach. In response to our concerns, we were offered a 10% discount if booked directly with L’Abdoe Accommodations; a promotion we have previously received when everything went great! ##### Christina F.
