Upstairs (street level) features a generous master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, and a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space that opens onto a balcony with ocean views and a BBQ—perfect for entertaining. Downstairs offers even more space with a second double bedroom, a full bathroom plus an additional toilet, and a huge second living area or rumpus room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a private backyard, ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play.
