The best apartment in the region with a one of a kind indoor/outdoor seamless living which makes us forget we are in an apartment. Luxury apartment and huge terrace that opens on the terrace garden. Kids and adults indoor and outdoor pools are on the same floor which couldn't be more practical for families. All modern amenities and cozy spaces for a secure and memorable holiday.  
  
Find a coffee and hot chocolate station with snacks to make your stay sweeter. Free parking is allowed during your stay. And easily leave it in the secure parking to try the local transport, light rail to go around Parramatta and the ferry to go to Sydney CBD.   
  
Host is more than happy to guide or explain anything and welcome you to your holiday home that you won't want to leave.   
  
Safe to say that the terrace is a best feature and guests will enjoy new year fireworks in the comfort of the open terraces and with best river and city views.  
  
If you are looking for the best place to be, don't hesitate. Theatre is across the road and there are renowned restaurants along the food street you will be living in.
